    Job Responsibilities:
    • Follow the company's policy to develop the market.
    • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
      1. Marketing & Sales.
      2. Website, Software & IT related support & sales experience.
      3. Social Media Marketing (SMM) Service sales experience.
      4. Advertising & Communication.
    • Develop relationships with potential clients through Presentations, Business Networking, Telephone calls, Personal emails, Personal mailings, Business forums, and/or other business or Social networking.
    • Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.
    • Routine follow up with prospective clients.
    • Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or relevant sources.
    • Marketing & promotional activity of Company.
    • Prepare marketing and business plan, presentation, sales target.
    • Young, highly proactive, energetic and self-motivated.
    • Always be active on mobile phone and online. To be available as needed by the company.
    • Very good computer skills with MS Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PPT, etc.
    • Very good internet browsing skills.
    • Proficient in using Google Meet, Zoom, TeamViewer
    • Good convincing skills, able to interact with Management.
    • Good knowledge about this sector.
    • Good communication skill.

    Educational Requirements:
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing will be preferred.
    • Skilled Required: Sales & Marketing, Website, Software & IT related support & service sales experience, Advertising & Communication.

    Experience Requirements:
    • 1 to 2 year(s)
    • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing & Sales, Website, Software & IT related support & service sales experience, Advertising & Communication.

    Additional Requirements:
    • Age 24 to 30 years

    Compensation & Other Benefits:
    • TA. Mobile Bill (only for permanent employee).

    • Salary Review: Yearly (Depend on sales performance).

    Miscellaneous Terms & General Information (Must be Read):
    • We are looking for efficient, courteous and hard-working executive.
    • The probationary period three to six (03 to 06) month, will have come to a successful conclusion and you will continue with us in permanent employment.
    • After the probation period, the facilities will be increased permanently based on the performance.
    • After fulfilling your monthly target you will get sales commission according to the amount.
    • Must stay in the company for at least 3 years.
    • If the company is not entirely satisfied with your performance, (but feels there is scope for further training and improvement), the intern or probationary period may be extended by one (01) month, as per company decision.
    • Your employment may be terminated on the basis of unsatisfactory performance or any company policy violence.
    • Appropriate action will be taken if any evidence of your involvement in any other company is found while you are in our company.
    • If any harmful or destructive activities get proven against the company then the company can take legal action against the employee.
